Allotee:-An individual who has been allotted a property either by government body / authority or by a developer.
Abandonment:-The voluntary surrender of property rights, with no intention of reelaiming them and without vesting interest in another person.
Acceleration clause:- A clause in agreement of sale, which give the lender right to call all sums due and payble in advance of the fixed payment date upon the occrence of a specified even, such as a sale, default, assignment or further encumbrance of the property.
Affidavit:-A written statement swom to be true before someone legally authorized to administer an oath.
Agreement of sale:-A written agreement where by the purchaser agrees to buy certain real estate and the seller agrees to sell upon terms and conditions set forth in the agreement.
Tenant:-One who holds or possesses land or tenement by any kind of title, either in fee, for life, for years or at will.
Bender:-A purchaser, a buyer, the person to whom a thing is rendered or sold.
Vendor:-The person who transfers property by sale.

General listing:-general listings are not time bound your property requirements are taken care by our core sales team even during the listing period, you have the liberty to list the same property with other brokersor to close the deal by your self directly. Only on successful completion of the deal, we take 2% of the sales value in case of buying / selling and one month rent in case of renting / renting out, plus applicable services tax. You are not liable to play anything if the listing is not convertade in to deal in spite of our efforts and expertise.
Exclusive listing:- exclusive listing is worked on time bound dealig process of 90 days. Your properly requirements are takencare by an exclusive special team, where online & offline promotions are guaranteed. Best properties don,t miss our international property fairs held world wide. During the listing period, you are not permitted to deal with your property listings either directly or through other brokers only on successful completion of a deal you are liable to pay 3% of the sales value in case of buying /selling and 1. 5 month rent in case of renting / renting out, plus applicable service tax as brokerage you are not liable to pay anything, if the using is not converted in to a deal, in spite of our efforts & expertise.
